The room with breakfast included. The staff was affable and absolutely kind, created a quiet atmosphere. The service was friendly and the location was magnificent and comfortable. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Willowbrae Gardens bus stop.

Homey hotel overall, is has perfect service and marvellous location very close to bus stations + very close to supermarket+ friendly place for a short trip+ very good! We have to thank welcoming staff for a perfect 10/10 stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean and airy with central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and TV.

Its location was excellent, next to the sea and the centre, and the incredibly beautiful Holyrood Park, which is a "must see ". Besides, Arthur's Seat hike was 2 km away from the venue.
